Whenever Rafiki the Nightingale enters the battlefield each opponent mills cards until they
mill a non-equipment artifact
Chains of Selune -Whenever a non-equipment artifact is put into a graveyard you may exile
it with a chain counter on it. Rafiki the
Nightingale has all activated abilities of all cards
in exile with a chain counter on them. You may
spend mana as though it were mana of any color
to activate those abilities.
