Raging Tyrants

Target creature you control deals damage equal
to its power to target creature you don't control.
If the creature you control is a dragon, double
the damage dealt. If a creature were to be sent
to a graveyard by damage dealt by this spell,
exile that creature instead.
This spell ignores hexproof and shroud.
It's said that a collision of two tyrants can be
heard from many many miles away.
