Rahik the Hollowed Vessel

As long as Rahik is your commander lands you
own in all zones count as wastes and nonland
cards you own in all zones have hollow.

Whenever you cast a spell lose 3 life for each
colored mana symbol in its cost, then create an
X/X colorless Vessel creature token with power
and toughness equal to the highest number in a colorless mana symbol in that spells cost.
