First Strike
When Rahilda deals combat damage to a player,
that player shuffles their library, then exiles cards
from the top of their library until they exile a
nonland card. Until end of turn, you may cast
spells from among cards exiled with
Rahilda and spend mana as though it were mana
of any color to cast those spells.
