An Electric Surfer is a giant Tsunami controled by Alolan Raichu using psychic
and electric powers. If a normal Raichu helps with Thunderbolt, these Tsunami increase size and destruction. It will destroy creatures, artifacts, enchantments, lands, planeswalkers, permanents like in the image.
