Raid Commander

You can only play Raid Commander If you control another creature with Raid.
Raid-When Raid Commander enters the battlefield, if you attacked with a creature this turn, return another creature with the Raid ability to your hand and then you can cast that card without paying it's mana cost.
{x},{t}: Return a creature with Raid to the controler's hand or command zone and cast it without paying it's mana cost. You can only target Raid Commander with this ability if you attacked with a creature this turn.
