Raifu, the Vital Blaze

Whenever a source you control deals damage to
an opponent or a permanent an opponent
controls, put a scorch counter on target nonland
permanent. Then if the number of scorch
counters on that permanent is greater than or
equal to its converted mana cost, exile it and you
gain life equal to its converted mana cost.

two target creatures and/or planeswalkers.
