For each {u} mana used to summon Raiju, draw
that many cards each upkeep. For each {b} mana
used to summon Raiju, Exile that many cards
from the graveyard of an opponent each upkeep.
Most nightmares are of ghosts and ghouls, fear the
Kaiju instead.
