When Raukou deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top 3 cards of his/her library. You may play any instat or sorcery card among those until the end of turn. Put the rest on the cementary.
It is said to have fallen with lightning. It can fire thunderbolts from the rain clouds on its back.
