Rain of Fire

For each player, choose X creatures that player controls, where X is half the number of players, rounded down. Choose two numbers that add up to 5. For each chosen creature, flip a coin. Rain of Fire deals damage equal to the lower number if you get heads, and Rain of Fire deals damage equal to the higher if you get tails.
