Raiser of the dead

At the begging of your upkeep you may cast target card from your graveyard without
paying it's mana cost. At the begging of your upkeep discard a card. If you discard a card
with {b} in it's mana cost you may pay {b}{b}, if
you do cast target card with {b} in it's mana cost without paying it's mana cost from your graveyard.
{2}{b}{t}: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
