If an instant or sorcery spell you own would deal damage, it deals
twice that much damage instead.
Whenever an opponent is dealt damage, add {r} and put a +1/+1
counter on Rajdu, the Red and Bloody.
{1}{r}{r}: Exile the top card of your library. For as long as that
card remains exiled, it has "Remove a +1/+1 counter from a creature
you control: You may cast this spell from exile this turn."
