Rajul the Aether-Surgeon can't block.
Whenever another creature card is put into your graveyard from anywhere, you may exile that
card. If you do, return Rajul the Aether-Surgeon
from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Rajul has all activated abilities of the creature
card exiled with it. As long as that card has flying,
Rajul has flying. The same is true for deathtouch, lifelink, and menace.
