During your upkeep, you may pay {b/r} equal to
the number of worship counters on Rakdos
Blessing and sacrifice it. If you do, Rakdos
Blessing deals 4 damage to each player, then you
draw cards equal to the number of worship
counters.
At the end of your upkeep, you may pay 1 life to
put a worship counter on Rakdos Blessing.
