Whenever Rakdos attacks flip 5 coins, if you lose more flips then you win you sacrifice that many other permanents, if you win more flips then you lose you draw that many cards, if you win 5 or more flips untap each creature you control there is an additional combat step after this one followed by an addional mainphase.
