Rakdos Ritual

When Rakdos Ritual enters the battlefield,
sacrifice three nonland permanents you control.
Pay 2 life: Each player exiles the top two cards of
their library. Those players may play those cards
until their next end step. Hellbent- for each land
exiled this way, that player creates three treasure
tokens if they have no cards in hand.
Players can't draw cards or cast spells from
anywhere other than their hand or exile.
