Rakdos Roulette

During each players draw step that player
draws a card from the {b} and {r} pile,
then discards one of those cards.
(this replaces ,,drawing a card'' in draw step)
Black and Red spells cost {1} less to cast.
During e.p. upkeep that player may discard a black or red card to destroy Rakdos Roulette.
