red creatures you control have menece and a +2/+2 counter on them
when ever rakkdos the world eater attaks target player sacrifeses three permenants, if there are no permenants on that players board that player discards his hand. if rakkdos attakes and defending player has no permenants on the battlefield and no cards in hand that player loses the game
