discard an instant or sorcery card. If you do, it
gains Encore {u}{r} until end of turn.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create an
8/8 red and blue Roilstorm creature token with
"Sacrifice this creature at the beginning of your
next end step."
And soon all were the same: crisp as a chip.
