Rambunctious Bandits

Rambunctious Bandits can be equipped without
paying any equip costs.
All players may equip Rambunctious Bandits
with equipment that player controls.
Whenever Rambunctious Bandits becomes
equipped, the player who equipped it gains
control of it and all equipment attached to it.
