Rammos, Locus of Bad Luck

When Ramos, Locus of Bad Luck enters the battlefield, name heads or tails. You can only
pick the chosen side when flipping coins.
If a player would flip a coin, instead they flip
two coins and choose the opposite of what they
named, if able.
If a player would roll one or more dice, instead
they roll that many dice plus one and ignore the highest roll.
