Whenever you cast a multicolor spell, put a
+1/+1 counter on Ramos, Artificial Sheen. If
that spell is a creature, it enters with a +1/+1
counter for each of its colors.
Remove all +1/+1 counters from Ramos: For
each two counters removed this way, you may
play a multicolored spell from your hand without
paying its mana cost.
