Ramp Matrix

This Matrix exists in the command zone; all players may use it
{3}: All mana sources produce 3 times the mana they normally produce
{3}: All players draw two cards and discard one
{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}: Put a counter on a 'Switch' token, then if there are 5 or more counters it, switch matrixes.
{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}{p/b}: Put a counter on a 'Normal Magic' token, then if there are 5 or more counters on it, destroy all matrixes.
