Rando Red Stuff

Target opponent chooses a card type. Choose target player. Pick a card at random from that player's library and reveal it. You may cast the card, using mana of any color to pay the converted mana cost. If the card type matches that chosen by opponent, you may cast the card without paying the mana cost.
