At the begining of your upkeep put a brother counter on Randy Savage Then search your library for a fighter with the converted mana cost equal to the number of brother counters on it, and exile it until Randy Savage leaves the battlefield.
You may cast creatures exiled with sir savage without paying it's mana cost.
