Ranging Diclopodus

Whenever you remove two or more travel
counters from Ranging Diclopodus, return it to
the battlefield under your control. When you do,
you may put a creature card from your hand onto
the battlefield.
You may have target opponent search their
library for a basic land card and put it onto the
battlefield tapped. If you do, Ranging
Diclopodus travels.
