Target creature gets +3/+3 and gain trample until end of turn. If that creature is attacking, it gets an additional +2/+2 and also gains vigilance. If that creature is also a Dragon, it gets an additional +3/+3 and also gains first strike.
Some dragons are granted with Apex's power. Those who are blessed grow extremely large, extremely fast.
