RAPID REACTIONS

-In your opponent's Movement phase, when
an enemy unit that was within Engagement Range
of an INFANTRY unit from your army when it
was selected to move finishes a Fall Back move.
That INFANTRY unit can shoot as if it were
your Shooting phase, but it can only target that
enemy unit.
