If Rat King's Plot is in your opening hand, you may
reveal it. If you do, you may put a 1/1 black Rat
creature token onto the battlefield at the beginning
of the first upkeep.
Whenever a Rat you control deals combat damage
to a player, you may draw a card.
If you do, discard a card.
