+1: Create a token called Raktos Rats. It gets +1/+1 for each card named Raktos Rats on the battlefield.
+1: Create a Token called Rat Colony. it gets +1/+0 for each creature called Rat Colony. Then populate.
-15: You get an emblem with each creature you control becomes both Rat colony and Raktos rat, but keeps it's base power, toughness and abilities stay.
