+1: Target two cards on the opponent's field and tap them. The controlling player can then target two cards on their field and untap them.
-2: Target two non-Vehicle cards on the opponent's field and deal damage to them equal to Rath Exigo, the Rake's current Loyalty value.
-4: All cards on the opponent's field, except for Master Forceful Being cards, cannot attack or defend until the beginning of your next turn.
