Evolves from Rattata (As and additional cost to cast Raticate, exile a creature you control named Rattata.)
When Raticate enters the battlefield, target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn.
It uses its whiskers to maintain its balance. It apparently slows down if they are cut off.
