Rats of Donaution

When Rats of Donaution enters the battlefield,
put X +1/+1 counters on Rats of Donaution.
Rats of Donaution can block X extra creatures,
except when it blocks, block as if it was a
1/1.
If Rats of Donaution were to die from combat
damage, remove 1 +1/+1 counter from it instead.
