Ravenous Drift

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, put
a charge counter on Ravenous Drift.
At the beginning of each player's end step,
that player loses X life, where X is equal to
the number of charge counters on Ravenous Drift. Then, remove all charge counters
from Ravenous Drift.
