Ravenous Leech

When Ravenous Leech deals combat damage to
a player, that player discards a card at random.
Roll a 6 sided dice. If you roll an odd number,
add mana to your mana pool equal to the mana
cost of the discarded card. If you roll an even
number, you may play the discarded cost
without paying it's mana cost.
{b}{b}: Ravenous Leech gains fear until end of
turn.
