This spell can't be countered.
Flying, haste, protection from blue and from red
When Rayquaza enters the battlefield you may
put up to two target creatures on the bottom of
their owner's libraries.
Whenever Rayquaza attacks, another target
attacking creature gains flying until end of turn.
