Raze, Explosive Tinkerer
When Raze, Explosive Tinkerer enters the battlefield roll a d10 and
a d6. Deal damage to target opponent equal to the d10 and do damage
to yourself equal to the d6.
Whenever an artifact not called C4 enters the battlefield create an
artifact called C4 ({t}{2}: Do 3 damage to any target).
Whenever an artifact leaves the battlefield you may pay {2} put
tinker counters on it equal to that artifacts mana cost then do
damage equal to the mana cost to yourself. Return that card to the
battlefield when there
