Razula, Heir of Splendor

Whenever Razula attacks create 0/1 acolyte token
Sacrifice X permanents Exile target permanent
with converted manna cost X. For each player
create a token that's a copy of target permanent,
if its a creature its a 1/1 and a Spirit in addition
to it's other types. Put a Splendor counter on each
permanent that entered the battlefield this way.
When Razula leaves the battlefield exile all permanents with a Splendor counter on it.
