Reaction (Defense)

If you have unused actions and are targeted by an attack, you may use a defense skill as a reaction.
When using a reaction skill, the character makes
the skill roll with penalties for multiple actions, if applicable, with the reaction skill counting as an additional action.
The defense roll is now the difficulty number for
all attacks of that type made against the character
for the rest of the round.
