Reactor Surge

Play this Stratagem when activating a Titan in
the Combat phase. If the chosen Titan has a
Shield level of X, this Stratagem is immediately discarded.
Advance the Titans reactor level by any amount
that does not exceed the reactor tracker. Regain
Void Sheilds equal to the number you advanced
the reactor tracker.
This counts as the Titans activation.
