Collapse's mana cost.
Shuffle all permanents into their owners'
libraries. Then, each player reveals the top card
of their library. Put all permanent cards revealed
this way onto the battlefield under their owners' control, then exile the rest. Repeat this process
until each player controls at least ten permanents.
