Reality Shaper

When you cast Reality Shaper, each player puts a permanent card from their hand onto the battlefield.
For each permanent that entered the battlefield this
way, draw a card.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, target opponent rolls a d6. If they roll a 3 or lower, they
discard a card and gain 1 life. If they roll a 4 or
higher, they draw a card and you gain 3 life.
The world shall be built anew.
