Reality Weaver's Lens

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, you may pay {x}. If you do, put X
+1/+1 counters on that creature.
Whenever you cast a spell that targets a creature,
you may tap Reality Weaver's Lens. If you do,
copy that spell for each +1/+1 counter on the
target creature. You may choose new targets for
each copy.
