Reap the Night

Whenever a creature an opponent controls is dealt combat damage put a -1/-1 counter on that creature. (It must survive combat to get the counter.)
Whenever a nontoken creature with a -1/-1 counter on it dies you may pay {1}{b} if you do draw a card.
