Reaper death seal jutsu

When Reeper Death Seal enters the battle field place 3
doom counters on target creature you control and target creature an opponent controls.
At the beginning of your upkeep remove
a doom counter from each creature with
a doom counter on them. Then if there are
no doom counters on those creatures, Exile those creatures.
