Reaper's Disposal

Target creature you control deals damage to another target creature you control, then put X +1/+1 counters on the first creature where X is the base power of the second creature. The second creature's base power is then reduced to 0. If the second creature would die in the process, exile it. If this spell was kicked, discard a card, then destroy target creature.
