At the beginning of each player's end step, that player puts a
+1/+1 counter on each creature
he or she controls.
Creatures with fewer than two +1/+1 counters on them can't
attack.
"Sure, you can jus' throw 'em into the think of it
straight off. But look at where some time an' mana'll getcha!"
