Reason
While wielding this weapon, when you drop to zero hit points, you
do not die. Instead, you must continue fighting until you destroy
your foe, and every round you are alive, you take 2d8 Force damage
until you either die or are victorious. If you reach your total hit
points in the negative, you are completely obliterated, with no
chance of save.
Maybe they won't listen to you. But they'll listen to Reason.
