You may cast Reassembling Skaab from your graveyard or exile, but not from anywhere else.
As Reassembling Skaab enters the battlefield,
you may exile any number of creature cards
from graveyards. Reassembling Skaab enters
the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for
each card exiled this way.
