Recapitulation

If a triggered ability of a creature you control is triggered, that ability triggers a number of additional times equal to the number of charge counters on Recapitulation.
{x}, {t}: If X is equal to or greater than double the number of charge counters on Recapitulation, put a charge counter on it.
